Rollers

Conveyor rollers are cylindrical parts incorporated in the upper part of a conveyor frame to facilitate the movement of goods. Using a roller conveyor can add versatility to the type of transfers, diverters, and stops that can be used as part of a conveyor system or automation system.
Belt tracking is the adjustment method used to keep the belt running straight and true on the end rollers and the belt conveyor frame.
Belt Tracking Rollers		 Carrying rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove shape frame, Groove shape forward inclined idler frame and transition idler frames.
Carrying Rollers		 Counter-roller spinning uses internal rollers instead of mandrels and applies certain spinning forming forces on the workpiece by internal and external rollers to induce the plastic deformation simultaneously on the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece.
Counter Rollers		 A roller remains cylindrical but no longer straight. ... A roller supported from one side only (cantilevered) will deflect by increasing amounts moving away from the supported end. A roller supported from both ends will have maximum deflection at the center of the roller.

Nose Rollers		 Pop-out rollers are a safety feature of Caljan Telescopic Belt Conveyors. Their function is to prevent body parts, loose clothing from becoming trapped when a Telescopic Belt Conveyor is used to load a truck or container. This movement would lift the roller away from the conveyor preventing a pinch accident.
Pop-Out Rollers		 By powered roller conveyor system, one would refer to the powered version of the roller conveyors which are found to allow powered curves and bends. This often used along with the traditional conveyor belts.
